Industry Guides

A number of guides are in production which are intended to promote good hygiene practice within the food industry. Whilst it is not a legal requirement that the guides must be followed, it may well help in any defence of enforcement action taken by a Food Safety Inspector.

Should you find yourself subject to a food hygiene or safety investigation, it is always best to get advice for a specialist solicitor as soon as possible. Sometimes legal action can be avoided by prompt action.
